Il piatto in questione erano delle invitantissime lasagne in bianco con zucchine , io avevo capito però che col nome di Sfogliavelo, Manu intendesse i tortellini...e that there were several things that I came back! However, the mind travels, now in the wake of tortellini, so today I present my revision!
250 g of dried tortellini with ham, 800 g
abundance of zucchini, grated parmesan cheese to taste
, 100 g of bacon, thinly sliced ,
1 mozzarella,
oil, salt
, 1 clove garlic, broth
granular.
for the white sauce:
300 ml of milk,
25 g butter, 25 g
starch
nutmeg, salt and pepper
. Procedure:
cleaned, washed and tagiate the zucchini into thin rounds, put in a pot of oil and the garlic, fry briefly, then pour the zucchini, salt, stir and cook with the lid, so that the zucchini stufino only with their water without having to add, bring to the area, in the meantime prepare the sauce, as I said, I will prepare the starch because I like more, but you do that easily you prefer. Put a pot on the fire with water, it boils salt and add a little 'grainy stock and throw tortellini al dente drain and toss 2 / 3 of white sauce, zucchini and a handful of grated parmesan.
Line a baking pan, I used a springform pan of 24 cm., Baking paper, sprinkle on the bottom a little 'white sauce, pour half of the tortellini and gently compacted, and then a layer of bacon, cut into slices of mozzarella and diced (not all), cover with the other tortellini, arrange them well and finished with diced mozzarella, spread the sauce and sprinkle with plenty of last parmesan! Place in oven at 200 degrees for 30-35, if it were too brown cover then with a aluminum foil, otherwise it was too pale, turn on the grill for a few minutes.

This dish is cooked and eaten just after a few minutes, but in my opinion gives the best, if it is cooked, then cool and then warm up ... let's say things to me like heated, but only in the kitchen!
Oh, and I have been able to take pictures only in the afternoon when everything had been thoroughly enjoyed, I reply just change the pictures ... sorry!
